Each brand has its own production philosophy and target customer groups. The brand also represents the owner's taste, cultivation and style of doing things, etc. The most direct way to see a excavator user is to see the brand he uses the excavator;

Many users do not consider the brand when buying the machine, only consider the price; For example, Japanese brands, European and American brands, Korean brands and domestic brands, how much is the value of a brand? These users tend not to consider; As we drive the car, the BMW brand and Ferrari brand gap is very large, let alone construction machinery? So in the purchase of the machine must not take the two big gap between the brand comparison.

2.performance comparison

Small excavators have been listed as a kind of agricultural machinery, not entirely construction machinery; Therefore, all the engines in the small excavator are mainly based on Kubota and Yanma (or processing), because these two companies in Japan and even the world's main agricultural machinery and equipment; If the buyer sees these two engines, do not be surprised or even begin to doubt the strength of the excavator factory;

And the fuel consumption of small excavators is basically in 4.5-6L /h, this data is not different in all brands, and there is no need to worry too much about fuel consumption. If a brand's sales tell you that their engine can save 20% more fuel than other brands, such sales are simply unreliable; Especially the 5% fuel saving technology of small engines, the whole plant is an innovative and comprehensive breakthrough;

3. business conditions

This is a must talk about the purchase of a new machine, because the small excavator buyers are very different from the north; For example, the North will know the generation of each cost step by step, while the south will pay attention to the overall price of a package; Both approaches have advantages and disadvantages. Many businesses will directly talk to the owner, how much to give you two years or three years;

For users who really want to be affordable, they must know the price of bare metal, insurance costs, GPS costs, interest rates (annual or monthly interest rates), etc., the cost of each item is clear, and they must compare several brands to determine whether their so-called package price is really appropriate, whether they really get greater concessions.

4. Parameter comparison

When many users buy small mining, they will not consider the data such as the working parameters of the equipment in the past, and it is often these data that can deceive you the most. For example, the maximum excavator height, the maximum digging depth, the maximum unloading height... These working parameters, as well as the size of the fuel tank, this parameter directly determines the entire company's technology, production process, design concept and material costs, etc., the advent of a product, tangible and intangible costs are not as simple as imagined.

The small excavator is very detailed in the model, such as 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and so on, which has made the buyer unable to distinguish. The more in this case, the more to consider the normal operating conditions, the loyalty and carefulness of the driver, and how to respond to special operating conditions; If the user is more careful, but also consider the market number of this model, the difficulty of maintenance, and the recognition of the sale and so on.

5. Comfort of the cab

Small excavator is a kind of fine operation, not like large excavator can maintain mechanical action; The small excavator has very high requirements for the operation of the whole technology in greening, municipal, crushing, etc., and such requirements are precisely the degree of love for the driver, the driver's long-term work must take into account the career of the entire cab, the comfort of the seat, the flexibility of the handle and other details;

When many people drive small excavators, they can feel that the domestic small excavators are very different from the Korean system, but the Korean system is very different from the Japanese system, and the Japanese system is also very different from Europe and the United States; These are the design concepts that reflect the whole company, whether it is human-centered.
