White smoke

Blue smoke

Blue smoke when starting a cold car: blue smoke in a cold car, disappear after warming up the car is normal, because there will be a small part of the oil after the shutdown into the engine combustion chamber.

After starting the engine, there is continuous blue smoke:

1, The diesel fuel filter is blocked, check whether the oil type is correct;

2, The engine piston ring and valve oil seal wear, resulting in oil into or exhaust pipe, resulting in excavator blue smoke failure;

3, The piston and the cylinder liner clearance is too large caused by blue smoke;

4, The oil mixed into the diesel fuel, blue smoke is a major feature of oil burning.

Black Smoke

Black smoke is the external manifestation of insufficient combustion of fuel in the cylinder. It should be started from three aspects:

1, Not enough air intake: check whether the intake valve clearance is within a reasonable range, the valve clearance is not right, etc. will cause insufficient intake pressure and volume; whether the air filter element is clogged. The supercharger is damaged, resulting in insufficient intake pressure;

2, The quality of diesel fuel is not good, diesel fuel pump and injector wear;

3, Injector wear: over-injection of oil, resulting in inadequate combustion. It is necessary to ask the service personnel to carry out the engine cylinder breaking experiment to check whether it is due to injector wear.
